Maybe restarting my game, which I had hardly attended to during 2017, would get me back into it. I would lose all of my horses, my hundreds of thousands of equus, and all of the work and money I had put into it for nearly three years. Lately, I haven’t been playing Howrse, but then one night, around ten o'clock, the idea came to me: what if I restarted my account? I thought about it for a while. I mean, who can look after four hundred and twenty-eight horses, most of which you don’t even remember that you have? What about when you include school? I can’t. The repeated promos and the fact that I have literally hundreds of horses have contributed to that. As a popular saying goes, “To each his own.” Have fun Howrsing!įor a long while, I have been bored to death with Howrse. This model should not be used to place labels on fellow players or to reduce them into mere stereotypes, but rather to understand playing styles. Killers like to act on players and dominate over them. Horses and passes might not even be that interesting or useful to them, but duping players into handing over their accounts feels good. Seeing people lose their minds over their actions is exhilarating. As the name implies, these players take pleasure in knowing they rule dominant over others, almost an exact opposite to the socializers. Interacting and forming relationships with other players is very rewarding for socializers. They spend a lot of time exchanging experiences, ideas, and stories over the forums. Many Howrse writers and roleplayers fit in this category. They may get off-topic, but they can also bond through in-game mechanics and collaborating on in-game tasks. They treat the game as a medium to meet new friends, share common interests, and find new ones. When they got there, they discovered GP can get even lower!
